Not your traditional British Indian restaurant, none of the usual dishes. But all the better for it, we had a delicious selection of tapas style small dishes. The waiter guided our choices, and we ended up with an amazing, flavoursome meal.

Lovely restaurant! Beautiful food. The waiter was really attentive and polite he was great! And such a lovely atmosphere we came with our 11month old and we were well looked after and people were so kind! Delicious food!!

10/10. Was expecting traditional Indian taste but this is exceptional. Taste, food, environment, customer service, hospitality spot on. One of the only few Indian restaurants Ive been to and this is something else.
Not to forget the staff is so generous and polite. I am impressed guys. Thanks for letting us in and amazed us with the vibe, food, music and your hospitality.

Food was lovely.. had the star pizza which was beautifully done. With a tasty dough and cheesy crust. Tasted properly stone baked..My wife had a miso cod, which was fresh and cooked just right with steam veg and rice.
The waddling duck sauvignon blanc was served chilled and tasted wonderful.
All well priced. Great views. Well refurbished resteraunt and the waitress Amelie was excellent from start to finish. Greeted with a smile and made us feel welcome..and gave us bubbly prompt service throughout. Would definately reccomend this place.

Food was delicious 😋🤤 and fresh serve with the robot 😉😁😎.
Staff was very friendly, price is not to high.What I really like it is they have a small and large plates ☺️.
The 🦀 🦀 🦀 was sow nice , fresh and tender.
Ice cream 🍨 🍨 🍨 🍨 is home made, vanilla flavor was is delicious 😋 and not too sweet.

What a local small English hotel very welcoming and has an excellent standard of rooms and food.

We had a lovely break and would certainly come back again. Best Hotel we have stayed in for a long time.

It was a lovely experience, we enjoyed our stay here everything was clean and tidy, food was lovely, staff were great we will stay again if we are ever in the area!

Although only a short overnight stay the hotel was excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant.

From the initial contact with the hotel to the moment we left, we could not fault this small friendly hotel, there was nothing at all we could fault - we stay in a lot of hotels, some are very expensive and the Hotel Penzance for our stay was superb. So many 'little' details had been refined to work like a Swiss clock and normally this is only achievable if all the staff are happy and this is certainly what we found.

This hotel is extremely popular but fortunately for me there was a last minute one night stay that became available the morning before, which meant that I could finally try a stay here.

After the booking, reception very quickly called to clarify the type of room that I was allocated and that it did not have a balcony etc. On arrival the reception lady was absolutely lovely, proudly showing me the restaurant and my room and also explaining the covid procedures. Immediately I felt relaxed and this was enhanced further when I went into my room and saw the wonderful bed and the most charming views across the streets and the harbour.

Dinner was excellent value and the staff very well trained with customer service. The whole pace here is relaxed but it’s upscale. Thank you for a wonderful stay in room 1 and I hope to return soon.

The new owners have made this a must visit for anyone visiting Penzance and the surrounding area. The train station is just a few minutes away and that is adjacent to the stops for all the buses serving this part of Cornwall. Do choose a sea view room, you will not be disappointed. Breakfast is individually cooked to a very high standard .
A perfect place for a short stay or as long as you like.

This is a lovely hotel in all sense of the word. From the inviting reception to the different lounges to the lovely light dining room, all is quality and spotlessly clean. Our room was very comfortable and then there is the view. Overlooking the harbour and out to sea, you can sit on the terrace and watch boats coming and going. The hotel has its own swimming pool. The food was very good, we were not rushed at dinner. The continental breakfast was fresh and varied. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.
